Oh geez, I thought this was some incredibly weird pants for a suit of armor with a particularly unpleasant "release" valve. It's wise to alway read the captions.
ReplyDeletePeople used to collect rain water, but you'd like to let the roof and gutters get washed off for a few minutes before collecting the water. That's what this is used for for.
