World's Largest Last Supper made of Buttons ! Norman C. Engler of Arkansas
One never knows where a postcard will lead. In this case, to a rendition of the last supper made of buttons. Thousands of them! The piece is 88” x 30 inches. Created by master button artist Norman E. Engler. His son Peter Engler helped create a web page with a dozen of other creations, including a pioneer wagon train made of 25000 buttons!

Antique American Folk Art Button Table Mat
A somewhat obsessive table mat with over 1,000 individually sewn buttons, circa 1940. 18" x 30" with irregular patterns. The piece is sewn over thin cardboard mailed from Sears to Maine...and an old spaghetti box!

United States Map of Buttons
Buttons and Buttons. I took a break to appreciate this PRE-Coronavirus map of the United States. Postcard from the Lightner Museum of Buttons along with two "isolated" button kid composites. Circa 1950.

Whereaway Bull Shores Button American Eagle (?) RPPC
I confess to having no idea what or where a Whereaway is. And until I have more coffee, I am not inclined to try to find out. Someone there did have the time to make a button eagle, and the gumption to have it documented with a real photo post card.
