You know, a number of years ago I had ...Thank you. You know, a number of years ago I had free-range eggs from a small farm on the French side of St. Martin, and I could not BELIEVE how they tasted. They were nothing special, just eggs taken from a nest. What we eat today can barely pass for an egg, and that may be one reason i've virtually stopped eating them. Willie had it right with Farm Aid, but no one listened, and now we have MILLIONS of chickens cooped up in a space they can't turn around in for their entire lives to produce unsafe eggs with no taste.
