No way to compare rates for this patriotic "no tell hotel" once operating somewhere in America....(Or Canada. See comment at end of post)

I think I found it. Here's a link to a postcard from "Uncle Sam's Hotel Cabins (Restaurant Bar)" in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada: https://www.flickr.com/photos/hollywoodplace/5204327965

Note that the small shack behind Uncle Sam in your photo looks quite similar to a small check-in shack next to the road on the postcard view. This is a unique detail which clinches it for me, anyway.
